Get started
Tell us what devices you need to power and for how long, and we’ll recommend the right battery solution.
A few basics is all we need — we’ll follow up within one business day. No long forms, no obligation.
Choosing a system
Two ways to keep a cart powered.
Swappable systems
Pull a discharged battery, drop in a charged one, and keep working — no tools, no downtime, no shift ending early because someone forgot to plug the cart in. Ideal for 24/7 or multi-shift operations where the cart can never sit idle.
MedXP-400 · MedXP Lite · PowerSwap Nucleus Classic & Mini
Stand-alone systems
One larger battery, plugged in to recharge at the end of a shift — simpler, and often the better fit when the cart returns to the same spot every night. Sized for heavier draws: PCs, laser printers, POS systems, and testing equipment.
PowerPack Ultra · PowerPack Mega
Medical Carts
A main battery and an auxiliary, so the cart never fully powers down.
The MedXP-400 splits its power into two packs: a 145 Wh main battery that stays in the cart, and a 289 Wh auxiliary that hot-swaps out for a charged one in seconds — 434 Wh combined. Pull the auxiliary and the main keeps the workstation running, so there’s no gap in power while a discharged pack heads back to the charger. Built to IEC60601 medical-equipment safety standards and UL tested.
MedXP-400-BASE — main pack
145 Wh, stays mounted to the cart. Two DC outputs (12/16/19/24V, 120W max each), 45W USB-C PD, 18W USB-A, and an optional AC inverter output.
MedXP-400-AUX — auxiliary pack
289 Wh, hot-swappable without interrupting power. Charges in an optional dual-bay charger in under 4.5 hours — keep a spare topped off and ready.
Also available as the MedXP Lite Dockstation — a single 289 Wh pack with an optional 200W medical-grade AC adapter, sized for smaller point-of-care devices that don’t need the full modular system.
Industrial & Warehouse
Seamless AC power that swaps out like a spare tire.
PowerSwap Nucleus Classic delivers true AC power — no need to source DC-specific hardware for laptops, barcode printers, or scanners. Pull the spent battery and drop in a charged one in seconds; a two-battery system runs 240W continuous off a 920 Wh bank, enough for a full shift without a recharge. Built on Lithium Iron Phosphate cells, the most stable lithium chemistry available, rated for 5–7 years or 3,000 cycles.
Not a Lift
A battery swap should feel like changing a bag, not moving furniture.
Every swappable pack in this lineup is built to be carried one-handed — the Nucleus battery weighs about 11 lbs, the compact Mini pack about 6. No cart has to be wheeled to a charging station and no one needs two hands and a knee to make the swap. Pull it, carry it, drop it in the charger.
Stand-Alone, All-Day
When the equipment draws too much to swap, plug in and forget about it.
PowerPack systems trade swappability for sheer capacity — one sealed unit, recharged at a wall outlet at the end of a shift. The entry-level PowerPack Ultra runs 150–400W for laptops and barcode printers; PowerPack Mega scales up to 2,000W continuous for laser printers, POS systems, scales, and test equipment, with up to 12+ hours of runtime between charges. A digital meter with color-coded LEDs shows battery status and confirms the power source at a glance.
The Lineup
Five systems that cover medical, industrial, and everything between.
A compact PowerSwap Nucleus Mini configuration is also available — ask your rep to match capacity to your equipment list.
